This is a 2020 reissue of the original Peter Venkman Kenner figure that came out in 1986.  The figure comes with a proton pack that you connect to the back of the figure while the Neutrona blaster part of the pack slides onto the right arm of the figure.  You can twist the back of the Neutrona blaster to make the string that comes out in front of it move around to emulate the blaster firing.  The figure also comes with a small blue ghost called the Grabber ghost.  This is a very basic figure and while it only has a few points of articulation, it does a good job of representing the character from the cartoon series.  It stands on its own with no problems and the only problem I had was trying to keep the blaster to stay on the figures arm.
