This is a 3.75 inch figure from the Super7 Wave 1 G. I. Joe ReAction line.  The figure comes with a crossbow gun and a quiver.  The figure's arms and legs can be moved.  Scarlett is shown in her yellow/blueish grey outfit which she wore in the cartoon.  This figure was pretty sturdy and I had no problem getting it to stand up.  The accessories kept wanting to fall off but once I got the figure in place they stayed on no problem.
