This is a 3.75 inch figure from the Super7 Wave 2 G. I. Joe ReAction line. The figure comes with a handgun. The figure's arms and legs can be moved. Major Bludd is shown in his grey and brown uniform with the blue helmet which he wore in the cartoon. This figure was pretty sturdy and I had no problem getting it to stand up. The accessory stayed on no problem.
