This is a 3.75 inch figure from the Super7 Wave 1 G. I. Joe ReAction line.  The figure comes with a rifle.  The figure's arms and legs can be moved.  The Baroness is shown in her blue outfit which she wore in some of the cartoon episodes.  This figure was pretty sturdy and I had no problem getting it to stand up.
